13 – 26 December	1. Arranging a Webinar for teachers on eTwinning Live to discuss details and activities of the project with partner teachers. 2. Deciding on E-safety rules and Netiquette. 3. Listing Web 2.0 tools that will be used. 4. Having parent permission forms. 5. Creating Instagram account, blog, Facebook and  whatsapp      groups for faster communication among partners. 6. Introducing the project to kids and add them to twinspace.
27 December – 2 January	1. Conducting a pre-test about the project to students. 2. Students’ and teachers’ introduction on Padlet.
3 – 9 January	1. Making logos on Web 2.0 tools and choosing the project logo by survey. 2. Having an online meeting with all of the partner teachers and kids. 3. Creating chat groups in twinspace.
10 – 23 January	1. Designing pots from unused materials. 2. Germinating seeds in reused pots. 3. Keep a “diary from the pot” with details of the growing plants weekly
24 January  – 6 February	1. Making cultural introduction of countries. 2. Introducing natural beauties of our cities.
7 – 13 February	1. Celebrating “E-safety Day” collaboratively.
14 – 27 February	1. Putting warning slogans in schools to stop wasting at school. 2. Creating or designing recycling bins at schools to take attention for recycling. 3. Recall one of the Agenda 2030 Goals “Responsible Consumption and Production” on responsible reduction of wasting.
28 February – 6 March	1. Having an online meeting.
7 – 13 March	1. Designing new objects from unused materials.
14 – 20 March	1. Making hobby gardens at schools with the plants that the kids grew up in pots.
21 March – 3 April	1. Having an online meeting.
4 – 10 April	1. Introducing cultures (food, clothes, festival routines etc) .
11 – 17 April	1. Conducting final test survey for students, teachers and parents.
18 – 24 April	1. Having last online meeting. 2. Project Evaluation.
